My intention herein is to speak in Jon’s voice, though I daresay he will (as he reads this aloud; he’s certain to do so) agree my word choice does not perfectly mirror his own: The show is absolutely fantastic – which is more than I can expect from Nan and her desire to watch The Walking Dead (seriously: why aren’t you watching that, Nan? I’M egging you on while I listen to the podcast each week and, DEAR LORD, you’re missing out).
I just wanted to drop by and give you guys some overdue praise! I generally did not care for podcasts prior to discovering Secretly Timid; the fact that I liked yours so much caused me to search for others. Sad truth: you set a high bar! It’s hard to find anything that compares (and yes, RadioLab is over-produced). Keep up the great work! I can’t wait for the next episode!
