Happy Secretly Timid Tuesday folks! Jon, Paul and Danielle welcome special guest Jeremy Prince to the cat studio. The quartet catch up with Diane who is currently Between * Here & Cool, and then dive right into some hot topics. This week’s hot topics include : a new drug can kill any viral infection, a jet blue passenger urinates on a young girl, a FaceBook petition asks Bert and Ernie to make it official, the more educated you are = you spend more for booze, and some pet lovers push to allow their pets on restaurant patios while a new law gives diners a “buffer zone” from beggers.  Other topics include Project Runway, the Iowa straw poll, Rick Perry, and Texas Legislation.

Secretly Timid Quickie : Catching Up with Cool

As in life…sometimes 69 doesn’t turn out the way we expect. A meteor crashed into the cat studio and Episode 69 was damaged in the fire. Some audio clippings were salvaged. Episode 68 : Prankin’ That Ass

The cast kick it old school on Episode 68. First up, the crew check in on the injured Paul and talk about the iPhone game “Shadow Cities.” Jon, Diane, and Danielle then proceed to prank call fellow podcasts The Game Night Guys, Foul Monkeys, The Uncanny X-Cast and the web show, Drunk Dial. Hot Topics include : hot dogs give you butt cancer, dangly truck testicles get a woman in trouble, healthier happy meals are on the way, and a motorcyclist hurls through van window and lands in the backseat. Later, Diane discusses her upcoming cross-country adventure, “Between Here and Cool.” It’s her dissertation…and she will be gone for 3 weeks. You can follow her travels by following her blog, “Between Here and Cool.” We’ll be checking in on her adventures on the show as well.

Episode 66 : Death and Politics

 Happy Secretly Timid Tuesday Bois and Ghurls! This one is a little heavy. Jon starts things off by asking Diane and Danielle if they are cart returners or cart leavers (for shame Danielle, for shame!) Then Jon revisits an online discussion with a grammar-challenged bisexual with a penchant for typing in run-on sentences mumbo jumbo which leads to a delightful conversations on whether or not bisexuals are widely represented in popular culture it really hurts me to not place a period here or at least a comma but Diane you know she mentions Olivia Wilde’s bisexual character on House and Jon totally forgets John Barrowman’s lead character Captain Jack Harkness on Torchwood.

Later, Diane campaigns to get Kristin and Dannielle from Everyone is Gay to agree to a Secretly Timid interview.

Hot Topics include : a Garden Grove, Calif woman drugs her husband and proceeds to cut off his penis, a woman from Oklahoma attacks a woman who resembles Casey Anthony, a Muslim hate-crime victim asks a Tx court to spare the life of his attacker, and Rupert Murdoch apologizes.

Greetings. Jon and the Double D’s are in the cat studio. At the top of the show the trio discuss Diane’s second place marathon finish and Jon’s second place finish in a poker tournament. News stories include : Florida teens may sext without fear of becoming felons, a Plano teacher claims not all “sex with student” stories are equal, a porta-potty peeping tom is caught, new apps allow for covert recording, a woman dies at her own funeral, a fired IT guy gets revenge, live bullets are used in a wild west show, and the TSA sinks to new lows. Later, Jon discusses his disgust with Dr. Phil (much to Diane’s chagrin.)
